JM23 / K23 Mullite insulating bricks Insulation bricks light weight for thermal insulation

Mullite Insulation Brick is a kind of quality refractory insulation materials for resisting high temperature with features of light weight, low thermal conductivity, thermal insulation and high compression strength in the high temperature furnaces or kilns. Mullite Insulation Bricks are mainly used for the top of hot blast stove, stack and bottom of blast furnace, regenerative chamber of glass melting furnace, lining of ceramic high temperature furnace and so on.

Laurel supply several grades of insulating brick for use in applications from 1260℃ to 1550℃.Each grade of brick is formulated to meet specific thermal and physical requirements. After firing each brick is machined to close dimensional tolerances.

Insulating bricks are manufactured utilising exceptionally high purity clays and other ceramic materials. The carefully graded organics which are used during the manufacturing process burn out during firing to give a uniform pore structure
